About the Role:
Join Woofie's of Concord-Manchester as a Client Services & Pet Care Specialist, where your love for pets meets exceptional customer service. Be part of a passionate team dedicated to providing the best care for our furry friends in the greater Concord-Manchester area of NH.
What You’ll Do
● Be the first point of contact for clients
● Manage scheduling, confirmations, and client onboarding
● Support vendor outreach and community events
● Train, onboard, support Pet Sitters/Dog Walkers
● Deliver attentive home pet care services in clients’ homes upholding the highest standards
● Ensure smooth daily operations of pet care services and team communication
What You Bring
● A genuine love for animals and a passion for creating positive experiences
● Excellent verbal and written communication
● Excellent verbal and written communication
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, quick learner with new platforms (Woofie’s Precise)
● Friendly, professional demeanor with all technology comfort levels
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or pet care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for animals and commitment to their well-being.
- Basic knowledge of pet care and grooming is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
